ABOUT Jagat

Jagat is a young video editor based in Jaipur, India. He is not someone who has graduated from big universities but his high will to achieve his dreams has brought him here.

 

His lifetime has taken him through a variety of cultures, experiences and locations spanning the globe, naturally bringing him to Jaipur to fulfil his passion for cinematography and storytelling through video editing.

 

Jagat has kept up with the advent of newer tools, which are constantly changing. Jagat has collected an impressive show reel of narrative work behind his name. His portfolio also includes a superb selection of high end commercial work as well as many fantastic videos. He enjoys experimenting so his work covers a wide range of subjects, styles and techniques: documentaries, shorts, promotional, ad videos, experimental and more! This has helped him in quickly establishing a name for himself as a talented and hardworking video editor.

With innumerable photography shoot/edits and video making under his belt, he has successfully cemented his place as an accomplished long form cinematographer. Independent projects are key to Jagat and he splits his time between bigger projects and small independent ones.

He is constantly stretching his creative abilities and experimenting with new technology. If not in shoot, he usually would be found in a peaceful place doing his meditation. His vision not only makes him good in reel life but also a better person in real life.
